Mr. Molineux began his professional career in British Columbia, Canada where he was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1990.
He subsequently moved to California and worked as a litigation associate with the firm of Smith, Merrill & Peffer in San Ramon from 1991 to 2000.
He founded Merrill, Nomura & Molineux in 2000. He was a partner until 2018 when he founded KMPC.
Mr. Molineux has successfully tried and settled a variety of civil litigation cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, obtaining settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Over the years, he has developed a specialty in the area of construction defect litigation, in which he primarily represents plaintiffs.
