BACKGROUND

Having worked as a trial lawyer in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 30 years, Mr. Molineux made the decision to wind down his litigation practice to develop a dispute resolution practice in 2019.  In pursuing this goal, Mr. Molineux completed mediation training through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine University) (2019), Harvard Law School (2021) and the London School of Mediation (2021).

Mr. Molineux’s passion for mediation and breadth of experience make him ideally suited to facilitate resolution of a wide range of disputes and he presently enjoys an active practice acting as a mediator in complex multi-party construction disputes, non-complex construction disputes, contract disputes, business disputes, personal injury disputes and premises liability disputes.  Mr. Molineux is also a court approved Discovery Referee and Special Master.

In addition to maintaining a California dispute resolution practice, Mr. Molineux offers mediation services in the United Kingdom as a panelist of the London School of Mediation where he is also a member of the faculty.
