Mr. Molineux’s passion for mediation and breadth of experience make him ideally suited to facilitate resolution of a wide range of disputes and he presently enjoys an active practice acting as a mediator in complex multi-party construction disputes, non-complex construction disputes, contract disputes, business disputes, personal injury disputes and premises liability disputes. Mr. Molineux is also a court approved Discovery Referee and Special Master.
In addition to maintaining a California dispute resolution practice, Mr. Molineux offers mediation services in the United Kingdom as a panelist of the London School of Mediation where he is also a member of the faculty.
