Ms. Wheatley graduated Magna Cum Laude from USF School of Law in 1999.  Thereafter she worked as a Deputy District Attorney until the end of 2002, at which time she became a medical malpractice defense attorney with the firm of Donnelly, Nelson, Depolo & Murray.  She made a partner at that firm in 2005. 

She has completed over two dozen jury trials, both criminal and civil, as well as numerous court trials.  She is well-versed in all areas of litigation.  She has conducted and defended hundreds of depositions and written and argued countless motions.   

 

Ms. Wheatley joined Mr. Molineux at the firm of Merrill, Nomura & Molineux in 2009 and now works with him at KMPC.
